Help Protect Poor Jewish Children Living in the South of Israel

 

Some of the poorest people in Israel live near the Gaza border where they are targets of frequent attacks by Hamas terrorists. Even schools and kindergartens are not safe from the rockets and mortars fired across the border. We have been asked to help provide bomb shelters for the schools so that the children will be protected from attacks. Your gift today makes it possible for us to respond to this urgent plea for help and continue the global prayer movement of the Jerusalem Prayer Team.

Priestly Crown Mezuzah

Adorned with sparkling gems and covered in gold plating, the mezuzah contains a piece of parchment inscribed with specified Hebrew verses from the Torah (Deuteronomy 6:4-9 and 11:13-21). These verses comprise the Jewish prayer "Shema Yisrael", beginning with the phrase: "Hear, O Israel, the LORD our God, the LORD is One." The Jerusalem Prayer Team with Dr. Michael D. Evans exists to build Friends of Zion to guard defend and protect the Jewish people and to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. We pray for peace in Jerusalem because the Scriptures tell us to in Psalm 122:6. The Jerusalem Prayer Team was inspired from the 100-year long prayer meeting for the restoration of Israel held in the ten Boom family home in Haarlem, Holland. We are committed to encouraging others to pray for the peace of Jerusalem and God's Chosen People.
